Senior Engineer / Team Lead Service Delivery (AV)

As a Team Lead for AV Field Operations, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing AV field projects. Your primary responsibilities will include supervising AV field technicians, managing daily assignments, ensuring timely setup and testing of AV systems, coordinating with clients for on-site requirements and feedback, maintaining inventory, and providing hands-on support for complex technical issues. - Supervise AV field technicians and efficiently manage daily assignments. - Ensure timely setup, configuration, and testing of AV systems. - Coordinate effectively with clients to address on-site requirements and gather feedback. - Maintain inventory and ensure adherence to safety standards. - Provide hands-on support for resolving complex technical issues. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in AV operations. - Strong team management skills. - Technical expertise with AV equipment and software. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. With at least 5 years of experience in AV installation or fieldwork, including leadership experience, you are the ideal candidate for this role. Additionally, the following certifications are required or preferred: - CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) - AVIXA Certification (Preferred) - Crestron/Extron/AMX Programming Certifications (Optional but beneficial),
