Senior Engineer

1) To efficiently execute RCC works for a high-rise project with optimal resource management, ensuring timely delivery, quality workmanship, safety compliance, and client satisfaction in line with contractual obligations.

2) 7+ Years of Experience in RCC work. At least have completed 2 min 11 story building

3) Proper drawing study. Maintain all Records of work done other than drawing in consultation with site team

4) Coordinate with site Team for quality product delivery, in time & Within Budget.

5) Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibility

• Supervise day-to-day RCC works.
• Ensure execution as per approved structural drawings and specifications.
• Check shuttering, reinforcement and concrete quality before and during pouring
• Monitor and control wastage of materials and ensure proper utilization.
• Prepare pour schedules and maintain concreting logs.
• Assist Fitter foreman in preparing BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) and verifying cutting/bending lists. Submit Reconciliation report after each Milestone.
• Monitor and enforce site safety, PPE usage, and safe work practices.
• Give material Requisition and coordinate with the site team for timely material delivery.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update site records.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation (cube test reports, pour cards, checklists).
• Assist Owner for Quantification of Shuttering material well in advance for smooth execution & timely delivery

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Hands-on experience in handling RCC of

  building

  projects of Min 13 storey.
• Good knowledge of structural drawings, shuttering, reinforcement & concreting techniques.
• Should be able to lead a team of supervisors, foremen, and labour.
• Strong coordination and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with QA/QC protocols and basic safety norms.
