Senior Engineer-Structure(Mivan)

Job Title: Senior Engineer Construction (High-Rise Buildings Mivan Shuttering) Location: Hyderabad Department: Civil Construction Reporting To: Project Manager Job Summary: The Senior Engineer will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing construction activities for high-rise residential or commercial buildings using Mivan shuttering technology. The role demands strong technical expertise, effective team management, and close coordination with contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of work. Key Responsibilities: Execute and supervise the construction of high-rise structures using Mivan formwork systems. Review construction drawings, identify discrepancies, and provide technical solutions. Ensure timely availability of resources like manpower, materials, and equipment. Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules in coordination with planning teams. Supervise and guide site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors. Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, safety norms, and quality standards . Coordinate with QA/QC teams to maintain high standards of workmanship and timely inspections. Track material consumption and minimize wastage on-site. Ensure strict compliance with Mivan technology protocols , including deshuttering, handling, and maintenance. Attend daily coordination meetings and update management on progress and challenges. Maintain site documentation including DPRs, inspection reports, pour cards, and site logs. Qualifications and Skills: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or equivalent). Minimum 58 years of experience in high-rise construction, with at least 3 years in Mivan shuttering work . Strong knowledge of formwork cycles, reinforcement detailing, and concrete works . Familiarity with safety and quality protocols on construction sites. Strong leadership and team coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple activities. Preferred: Experience in Mivan projects of 25+ storey buildings .
