Senior Engineer Software Quality

As a Senior Engineer Software Quality in the Engineering - Software department, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining the Software Quality assurance plan and ensuring it is kept up to date. Your primary focus will be to supervise development projects with an emphasis on software quality from acquisition to series production (APQP). You will be tasked with identifying, analyzing, and tracking the quality-related software requirements of our clients. Additionally, you will support and coach the project team in implementing and complying with ASPICE-compliant processes. Your role will also involve preparing for and actively participating in internal and external audits and assessments, as well as contributing to the continuous improvement of our ASPICE-compliant processes. In terms of technical skills, you are expected to have experience working on projects in cross-divisional teams. Knowledge of ASPICE or CMMI is desirable, along with familiarity with electromechanical devices, HMI, and their software development cycle. A key aspect of this role is being a team-player with a high level of readiness for action and a strong aptitude for working in international teams.
