Job Description

Senior Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Oversee execution of civil and structural works as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly work reports.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal departments for smooth project flow.
Ensure implementation of quality control and safety measures at the site.
Review and interpret architectural, structural, and service drawings.
Handle labor and material planning, site measurements, and billing verification.
Resolve site issues effectively to avoid project delays.
Support project budgeting and cost control by providing inputs to planning and procurement teams.

Preferred candidate profile

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Minimum +8 years of relevant experience in high-rise residential projects
