Were looking for a dynamic Senior Engineer to lead our Service & Repair vertical under Customer Support. This role combines hands-on drone expertise with strong leadership to ensure high-quality service, repair, and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do- Lead, mentor & manage a technical service team- Oversee drone troubleshooting, repair & flight testing- Design & implement SOPs for service & maintenance- Track performance, analyze data & drive process improvements- Ensure inventory readiness & compliance
What We’re Looking For :- 7–8 years’ experience, with 3+ years in UAV/Drone industry- Strong knowledge of drone hardware, software & sensors- Proven experience in team handling within service/repair operations- Excellent communication & analytical skills
