Were looking for a dynamic Senior Engineer to lead our Service & Repair vertical under Customer Support. This role combines hands-on drone expertise with strong leadership to ensure high-quality service, repair, and customer satisfaction. What You’ll Do - Lead, mentor & manage a technical service team - Oversee drone troubleshooting, repair & flight testing - Design & implement SOPs for service & maintenance - Track performance, analyze data & drive process improvements - Ensure inventory readiness & compliance What We’re Looking For : - 7–8 years’ experience, with 3+ years in UAV/Drone industry - Strong knowledge of drone hardware, software & sensors - Proven experience in team handling within service/repair operations - Excellent communication & analytical skills Qualification: BE/ B.Tech in Electronics, Mechanical, or Aeronautical Engineering Join us to shape the future of drone service & support and make a real impact!
