Key Responsibilities: Site Management: Supervise and manage all activities at construction sites, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Project Planning: Assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Construction Supervision: Monitor construction progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to design specifications. Address any issues or delays promptly to keep the project on schedule. Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that construction materials and workmanship meet industry standards and project requirements. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns or violations. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily progress reports, material quantities, and site photographs. Prepare and submit reports to project managers and clients as required. Coordination: Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve design issues, conflicts, and changes during construction. Cost Management: Monitor project expenses and implement cost-saving measures where possible. Review contractor invoices and verify quantities and prices against project contracts. Client Communication: Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. 10-15 years of extensive experience in Residential & Commercial Construction. Profound knowledge of site management, construction processes, materials, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Exceptional attention to detail and superior analytical skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite & familiarity with Project Management Software. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
