Junior Engineer

• Site Management: Supervise and manage all activities at construction sites, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Project Planning: Assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Construction Supervision: Monitor construction progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to design specifications. Address any issues or delays promptly to keep the project on schedule.
• Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that construction materials and workmanship meet industry standards and project requirements.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns or violations.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily progress reports, material quantities, and site photographs. Prepare and submit reports to project managers and clients as required.
• Coordination: Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve design issues, conflicts, and changes during construction.
• Cost Management: Monitor project expenses and implement cost-saving measures where possible. Review contractor invoices and verify quantities and prices against project contracts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• 2-3 years of work experience in Residential Construction.
• Adequate knowledge of site management, construction processes, materials, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail and superior analytical skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite & familiarity with Project Management Software.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment & manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
