Key Responsibilities: Site Management: Supervise and manage all activities at construction sites, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Project Planning: Assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Construction Supervision: Monitor construction progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to design specifications. Address any issues or delays promptly to keep the project on schedule. Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that construction materials and workmanship meet industry standards and project requirements. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns or violations. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily progress reports, material quantities, and site photographs. Prepare and submit reports to project managers and clients as required. Coordination: Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve design issues, conflicts, and changes during construction. Cost Management: Monitor project expenses and implement cost-saving measures where possible. Review contractor invoices and verify quantities and prices against project contracts. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in civil engineering or construction management. 2-3 years of work experience in Residential Construction. Adequate knowledge of site management, construction processes, materials, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Exceptional attention to detail and superior analytical skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite & familiarity with Project Management Software. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
