Job Description

Role Overview: As the Domain Architect / Engineering Manager for Radio Communication systems at EDRC telecom, you will be responsible for creating and developing the design deliverables for Radio Communication Systems such as GSM-R, TETRA, LTE technology, and IP EPABX systems for Mainline and MRT Projects. Your role will involve supporting the bidding team, executing site configurations, RF planning, numbering plan design, and simulation studies. Key Responsibilities: - Possess knowledge of Radio Communication technologies including TETRA, GSM-R, LTE, ETSI Protocols, and 3GPP Standards - Conduct Radio Network Planning and RF Prediction and Planning - Utilize specialized tools such as ATOLL Simulation tool, Radio Spectrum Tool, RF Power meter, and Drive test tool - Perform Fleet Map, Traffic, and Bandwidth calculations - Stay updated on 5G Radio FRMS guidelines, RAMS, EMC, and telephone systems including IP-PABX, Wayside, and Hotline Phones - Understand Traffic calculations for MRT and Mainline Projects, create logical network topologies for PABX, and integrate PABX on SIP with PA and Radio System - Familiarity with Analog and Digital Trunks, CO, PRI-ISDN, MIB, SNTP, SNMP, Q-SIG, TCP/IP, and ETSI protocols - Configure and design NMS and uphold RAMS and EMC standards Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering - Proficiency in Radio Communication technologies and protocols - Experience in RF planning, network design, and configuration - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities - Knowledge of specialized tools and software used in Radio Communication systems (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description.),
