We are currently seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and passionate sound engineer to become a valuable member of our team. As a sound engineer at ICM Recording Studios, your responsibilities will include voice recording, dubbing onto digital audio workstations, anticipating and resolving any technical issues, and final mixing. It is essential to have a good sense of music, be a confident user of Pro Tools and Logic X (all candidates will undergo a proficiency test during the interview process), and possess knowledge of mastering techniques. Availability for night sessions and weekends is a requirement, along with being reliable, demonstrating good time management skills, working well in a team environment, understanding signal flow, and thriving in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in using MAC systems and a genuine passion for audio and music are also key attributes for this role. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for checking audio-based script content, adhering to client requirements, maintaining high audio quality standards, and creating scripts for programs while recording in the studio.
