Senior Engineer - Quality

As a ReNewer, your contributions will directly benefit millions of individuals. - Develop, implement, and maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems and methodologies across the plant. - Analyze production/process data to identify root causes of variation, recommend corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives. - Utilize concepts related to Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt, 7QC Tools, and statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, Sigma Magic) to develop models, perform exploratory data analysis, and predict process outcomes. - Assist in establishing process capability studies, measurement system analysis (MSA), and design of experiments (DOE) as required. - Support audits and compliance with internal and external quality standards such as ISO and Six Sigma. - Apply statistical methods, machine learning, and predictive analytics to support engineering, production, and business decision-making. - Conduct shift start-up activities including shift handover meetings, quality updates, brief meetings with the production team, and manpower deployment and management. - Perform line audits, IPQC testing monitoring, routine inspections, and tests on solar modules at various production stages. - Conduct troubleshooting and problem-solving activities by collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing quality issues, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency. - Certified with Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt. - Well-versed in the concept of 7QC Tools and their implementation. - Experience in using statistical software such as Minitab, JMP, Sigma Magic, etc. - Strong understanding of process capability studies, measurement system analysis (MSA), and design of experiments (DOE). - Knowledge of ISO and Six Sigma quality standards. - Proficiency in applying statistical methods, machine learning, and predictive analytics to support decision-making. - Ability to troubleshoot, address quality problems, and implement corrective and preventive actions effectively.,
