Job Description

Position Title:

Educational Qualification:

B.Tech in Mechanical or Plastics Mould Technology

Experience:

5 - 7 years of relevant experience in product design and development

Job Purpose:

To lead and manage the complete product development cycle, from concept generation to commercialization, ensuring timely and successful launch of new products through effective design, validation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Possess thorough knowledge of mould design and expertise in
injection and extrusion processes
.
Lead and manage cross-functional teams (CFTs)
for the entire product development lifecycle including concept generation, design, prototyping, validation, and commercialization.
Act as a
problem solver
in new product development, from initial concept to full-scale execution.
Prepare
project timelines, cost estimations, and track deliverables
to ensure on-time product launches.
Conduct
market research, competitor benchmarking
, and analyze customer needs to identify new product opportunities and align development with market trends.

Additional Requirements:

Proficient in
Advanced Excel
and
SAP/ERP (D365)
Skilled in
CAD tools
such as CATIA, SolidWorks, and other related software
