Senior Engineer - Mobility

As a Mobility Engineer, your primary responsibility is to support your organization's mobility infrastructure to help them achieve their business objectives on-the-go. You will be tasked with performing regular Business-As-Usual (BAU) activities on both on-premises and cloud mobility infrastructures, such as AirWatch, XenMobile, MobileIron, Intune, SOTI, etc. It is essential to conduct periodic maintenance, address end-user incidents and requests within specified SLAs, and provide support for application packaging and publishing based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Monitor, report, administer, troubleshoot, and provide L1 support for mobility infrastructure - Address end-user incidents and requests related to mobility and applications - Update support tickets with progress status - Manage incident resolutions and escalate to L2 team if necessary - Understand and follow SOP documents for application packaging and publishing ### Technical Skills: - **Mobility** - Understanding of on-premises/cloud mobility solutions like Intune, AirWatch, XenMobile, MobileIron - Proficient in iOS and Android platforms and applications - **Application Packaging and Publishing** - Troubleshoot application packaging and publishing issues - Utilize tools like Intune Application Wrapper, Jamf Composer for package creation - Publish apps through Intune and SCCM - **LDAP** - Basic Active Directory user administration - **End-User** - Proficient in Outlook Mobile clients on iOS and Android platforms - Familiarity with Teams, OneDrive, BOX mobility clients - Manage device enrollments, remote full and partial wipes - **Scripting** - Basic knowledge of scripting for custom application deployment **Qualification Required:** - Education: Any Graduate - Certification: Microsoft Certification - Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD-100 and MD-101) **Location:** India - Bengaluru In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of mobility infrastructure and applications, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the organization.,
