Senior Engineer - Mechanical Maintenance

You will be responsible for mechanical maintenance at the Dharuhera work location. Your main responsibilities will include attending machine breakdowns, analyzing root causes of failures, and implementing corrective/preventive actions to achieve machine breakdown percentage targets. You will also need to implement preventive maintenance plans, countermeasure actions, and kaizen ideas to reduce manufacturing costs and consumable costs. Additionally, achieving MTTR & MTBF targets as per Hoshin goals, assessing and correcting machine abnormalities, and improving shop floor conditions by maintaining 5S and eliminating leakages will be part of your role. You should also conduct safety patrol rounds and have knowledge of TPM, 7QC tools, 5S, Why-why analysis, and problem-solving techniques. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in CNC machine maintenance, with additional experience in HPDC being an advantage. Skills in repairing critical assemblies of CNC machines such as spindles, ball screws, turret assemblies, ATC, and magazine assemblies are required. You should also be able to read hydraulic and pneumatic system circuit diagrams and have functional knowledge in this area. A relevant experience of 3-8 years in the field is preferred.,
