Job Description

Designing network architecture for Spervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system, Programmable logic controller(PLC) or Versa Module Eurocard (VME) based remote terminal units, and command consoles along with redundancies. Defining Concept of operations of the control system. Calculating Power requirement of the control system. Understanding of I/Os and Preparation of interface control document (ICD). Preparation of schemes, cable schedule and equipment schedule for a control system. Experience on MATLAB is essential. Working level knowledge of designing basic control systems. Basic understanding of undertaking 3D modeling (in softwares like Siemens NX, Dausalt Catia) and 2D drawings is desirable. Should be able to prepare electrical schematics, cable schdeule and equipment schedule. Good communication skills
