Job Description

Candidate should have good Knowledge of understand Electrical drawings.

Technical support during equipment debugging and factory production processes
Prepare technical documents such as design documents and test documents
Provide technical support: On-site debugging, troubleshooting, and design improvement
Knowledge of Handling on experience in Load cells,Drives,LVDT,PLC HMI,VFD and Servo drives
PLC programming or host computer programming experience. Familiar with STM32 MCU or Codesys programming
Experience in non-standard automation equipment development projects is preferred, especially on-site debugging experience
Trouble shoots and solves issues arising during machine Installing time. Provide alternate solutions and improvements.
Work with QA/Controls engineers for testing of sub-assemblies and machines
Troubleshoot the equipment to improve the reliability and reduce MTBF(Mean Time Between Failure) .
Ensure that the machine or automation solution is trouble free prior to shipment to the customer.
Maintain the workbenches and assembly area in an orderly manner, help with receiving and shipment of equipment Work with all safety protection such as safety glasses, safety shoes and gloves.
Take responsibility for our machines at customer site Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
