Senior Engineer (GenAI & Prompt Engineering)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize

    LLM prompts

    for contextual accuracy
  • Build

    RAG architectures

    using

    FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate

    , etc.
  • Integrate LLMs into

    CI/CD pipelines, dashboards, internal tools

  • Use

    LangChain, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace, Haystack

    frameworks
  • Fine-tune LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Cohere, Mistral) for enterprise use cases
  • Ensure compliance, security, and performance of AI systems
  • Collaborate across teams to identify automation opportunities

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6-10 years total experience with 2+ years in GenAI/LLM/NLP systems
  • Strong in

    Python, vector DBs, embedding techniques

  • Hands-on with

    LLM APIs

    , GenAI libraries, and NLP concepts
  • Prior experience building

    contextual AI agents

    or

    CI/CD automation

    using LLMs

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with

    multi-modal models

    , DevSecOps, Kubernetes
  • Experience with developer-facing GenAI use cases (log triage, changelogs, copilots)
