Job Description

Qualification: - B.E./ B. Tech / Diploma (Mechanical)

Experience: - 3 to 5 years' experience in production department in any engineering or valve manufacturing industry.

Location: - Rajkot

Role & responsibilities

Oversee the production line operations, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with
production goals Monitor daily production activities to ensure schedules are met and quality standards are upheld.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to machinery, equipment, or production process Manage production schedules and inventory levels to ensure resources are available when needed.
Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely supply of raw materials and parts.
Ensure efficient use of machinery and equipment
Schedule Daily Production Tasks
Troubleshoot Machine & Manpower Issues
Basic Knowledge of Turning/VMC Machines
Expertise in Controllers like FANUC & Siemen

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and equipment.
Familiarity with quality control standards and practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
