Job Description

Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls (Cisco ASA, FortiGate) for secure network operations. Deploy and maintain switching solutions (Cisco Catalyst, FortiSwitch, Juniper) including VLANs, trunking, and Layer 3 routing. Manage wireless access points (Aruba, Ruckus) for enterprise Wi-Fi networks. Implement and support VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL tunnels) for secure remote connectivity. Configure and optimize NAT, DHCP and DNS services across network environments. Design and manage SD-WAN solutions for branch connectivity and performance optimization. Coordinate with ISPs for WAN links, bandwidth provisioning, and troubleshooting. Administer Zscaler technologies: ZIA (Zscaler Internet Access) ZPA (Zscaler Private Access) ZCC (Zscaler Client Connector) Monitor network performance, security, and availability using appropriate tools. Maintain documentation for network diagrams, configurations, and change management.
