As a Senior DevOps Engineer you will be responsible for providing solutions, aligning strategy, infrastructure, CI/CD automation to business goals.
Broad Function:
We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Container and Kubernetes environments, as well as knowledge of AWS & Azure EKS and Docker deployment and configuration. The ideal candidate must be coupled with extensive hands-on experience in Network Infrastructure, DevOps practices and technologies.
Purpose of the Role:
To design, automate, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available cloud, CI/CD, and network infrastructure that ensures reliable application delivery, performance optimization, and seamless system connectivity
Roles and Responsibilities (not limited to):
DevOps Strategy:
- Define and execute DevOps strategies aligned with business goals by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Infrastructure Management:
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, reliable cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
CI/CD Pipeline Management:
- Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable, and secure software delivery.
Monitoring and Incident Management:
- Implement monitoring and logging, respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and prevent recurring issues.
Security and Compliance:
- Integrate security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards to protect systems and data.
Performance Optimization:
- Continuously analyze and optimize system and application performance for efficiency and scalability.
Collaboration:
- Promote strong collaboration between development, operations, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Network Engineering & Administration:
- Design, configure, and manage three-tier network infrastructures across on-premises and cloud environments, encompassing routing, switching, firewalls, NAT, and network security controls, along with L4/L7 load balancers, DNS, and traffic management. This includes implementing VPNs, private and hybrid cloud connectivity, and troubleshooting complex network issues such as latency, packet loss, routing anomalies, DNS resolution, and TLS-related problems.
