Senior Engineer

As a Senior Engineer, you will be part of Nova, a company focused on building the next-generation dating app that prioritizes meaningful connections over traditional swipe-based interactions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development of Nova's early product as a hands-on Tech Co-Founder. - Architect and build initial versions of the app, incorporating real user feedback for rapid iterations. - Collaborate closely with the founding team to shape the product strategy. Qualifications Required: - Possess a strong backend or full-stack development background, with a minimum of 7 years in product-focused roles. - Demonstrate a successful history of constructing scalable web and mobile applications for production. - Proficiency in modern backend frameworks, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure. - Experience in mobile app development is advantageous. - Strong AI/ML expertise, particularly in NLP or behavioral analytics, is a significant advantage. - Ideally, candidates should have prior or current employment at Microsoft, Google, or similar product-oriented organizations. - Ability to thrive in a startup setting, capable of contributing across code, product, and strategy domains.
