Senior Engineer - Cloud & Data Center

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing hardware and software to ensure optimal workstation performance. Your tasks will include collecting errors from DT servers, printers, and other peripherals, configuring extended devices like dual screens, and replacing toner cartridges. You will need to utilize OEMs, run self-tests as prescribed, manage disk resources, enable disk encryption, and configure wireless settings. Additionally, you will be involved in installing client operating systems, configuring server operating systems, and monitoring utilization and availability. In the realm of endpoint security, you will manage anti-virus software, ensuring that updates are current as per standard operating procedures. You will also handle the installation and configuration of client applications, following SOP guidelines, and conduct basic troubleshooting using remote capture tools. Your technical skill set should include knowledge of network components and devices, system administration, MS Exchange Server, storage and backup administration, and endpoint security solutions. On the behavioral side, strong email communication, presentation, and public speaking abilities are essential. Interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and a business appreciation mindset will also be key to succeeding in this role.,
