Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

• Study project scope, technical specifications, and GFC drawings for detailed planning.
• Develop

  daily, weekly, and monthly schedules

  aligned with the baseline project plan.
• Optimize workforce deployment, ensure safety compliance, and minimize material wastage.
• Guide teams on technical execution, quality standards, and workmanship.
• Monitor resource utilization, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain proper documentation, including site instructions, progress reports, and JMRs.

Subcontractor & Resource Management:

• Ensure adequate

  manpower supply

  and effective management of third-party vendors.
• Monitor productivity, track contractor billing, and ensure smooth coordination.
• Facilitate the timely procurement and availability of materials and equipment.

Process Improvement & Innovation:

• Implement

  new methodologies

  for improving productivity and cost efficiency.
• Address unique project challenges and execute specialized jobs with expert agencies.
• Ensure smooth project closure, snag list resolution, and proper handover protocols.

Team Development & Coordination:

• Foster a

  collaborative work environment

  , training team members on technical best practices.
• Ensure seamless

  interdepartmental coordination

  for smooth project execution.

Key Performance Measures:

Meeting project timelines while maintaining quality and workmanship.
Ensuring workforce retention and productivity. Strong stakeholder coordination with clients, PMC, and subcontractors. Effective handling of non-tender items and technical challenges. Efficient site closure and handover.
