Planning and Coordination:

Quality Control:
Conduct regular inspections of erected structures to verify compliance with quality standards, design specifications, and safety regulations.
Safety Management:
Enforce safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and implement mitigation measures to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
Technical Support:
Review technical drawings, resolve any technical issues arising during erection, and provide guidance on the proper handling and install
Production Planning and Management:
Developing and overseeing production schedules, aligning them with project deadlines and ensuring efficient resource allocation (labor, materials, machinery).
Quality Control:
Implementing and managing quality assurance systems, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with standards and specifications.
Process Optimization:
Identifying areas for improvement in the manufacturing process, implementing changes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs.
Technical Expertise:
Utilizing strong knowledge of precast concrete construction methods, including relevant regulations and standards.
Collaboration:
Working effectively with design, procurement, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth production flow.
