Technical Oversight & Planning: Reviewing Drawings & Specifications: Ensuring accuracy of technical drawings and construction layouts. Setting Out & Surveying: Precisely marking the site for construction according to plans. Material Management: Overseeing the selection, procurement, and quality control of materials. Technical Advice & Problem Solving: Providing solutions to technical issues that arise during construction. Project Management & Execution: Supervising Construction: Overseeing the work of contractors, subcontractors, and construction teams. Scheduling & Progress Monitoring: Creating work schedules, tracking progress, and identifying potential delays. Ensuring Quality Control: Implementing quality assurance procedures and conducting regular site inspections. Safety Management: Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment. Cost Control: Monitoring project costs and ensuring work is completed within budget.
