Senior Engineer, Analog Design

As a Senior Engineer in Analog Design at Micron Technology, your primary responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and improving complex analog circuits for advanced DRAM products. This involves working on CMOS Amplifiers, Comparators, IO circuits (DDR/LPDDR) - Tx & Rx, DFE, CTLE in advanced semiconductor process nodes. You will be integrating modules with the Power delivery network and proposing design solutions for optimum performance. Validating and optimizing designs for reliability, including addressing device stress and aging effects, will also be a key part of your role. You will be involved in clock & datapath design, EM/IR simulation, optimizing layout for best circuit performance, custom digital circuit design & validation, parasitic modeling, and assisting in design validation, reticle experiments, and required tape-out revisions. Overseeing and managing the layout process, including floor-planning, placement, and routing, will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be performing verification processes with modeling and simulation using industry-standard simulators, contributing to cross-group communication for standardization and group success, and collaborating with various departments such as Marketing, Probe, Assembly, Test, Process Integration, and Product Engineering to ensure accurate manufacturability of products. Seeking guidance from Standards, CAD, modeling, and verification groups to enhance design quality and driving innovation into future Memory generations within a dynamic work environment will also be expected from you.
