Description
As an experienced embedded engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing firmware for electric powertrain systems, specifically focusing on the software that enables high-performance electric motorcycles to run smoothly. Your core responsibilities will include: - Designing the system architecture for motorcycle powertrains, sensors, and rider interfaces - Developing, coding, testing, and debugging embedded software for electric vehicle systems - Collaborating with hardware teams to integrate and validate new designs - Building test infrastructure to ensure comprehensive feature coverage - Optimizing system performance, stability, and efficiency - Reviewing designs and specifications with team members In order to be successful in this role, you must meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) - Minimum of 5 years of experience in embedded systems engineering - Strong proficiency in embedded systems software and hardware - Expert-level skills in C programming - Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) Additionally, the following qualifications would be considered a plus: - Experience with NXP S32K Processors - Knowledge of power electronics and circuit design - Background in automotive powertrain or EV systems - Familiarity with embedded database systems - Training or experience in AUTOSAR and ISO26262 standards Key Skills required for this role include: - Proficiency with debugging tools such as UART and JTAG - Ability to read schematics and datasheets effectively - Strong documentation and communication skills - Problem-solving mindset Please note that the job requires immediate availability or a notice period of 10 days. Strong communication skills are essential for this role, and the work location is in person at Gurgaon. This is a full-time position.
