Senior Electronics Engineer

Role & responsibility

• Lead end-to-end hardware design: schematics, component selection, and multi-layer PCB layout (Altium, KiCad, or similar)
• Interface closely with embedded software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to ensure system-level optimization
• Design analog and digital circuits for sensor interfacing, ADCs, power management, communication, and actuation
• Ensure regulatory compliance (EMI/EMC, IEC 60601, ISO 13485) and safety standards in circuit and board design
• Own rapid prototyping, bring-up, and testing of hardware in lab and field environments
• Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for PCB fabrication, assembly, and testing
• Build test jigs, validation protocols, and production-level quality assurance checks

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of experience in electronics/hardware design, preferably in medical or industrial-grade systems
• Strong knowledge of analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit design
• Experience with power supply design, low-power systems, and noise mitigation
• Familiar with interfacing microcontrollers with sensors, communication ICs (UART, SPI, I2C, USB, CAN, BLE/Wi-Fi)
• Skilled in schematic and PCB design tools (Altium, Eagle, KiCad)
• Proficient with lab equipment: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, SMUs, spectrum analyzers, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing for manufacturability and compliance with medical device standards
• Hands-on with certification testing (EMC, electrical safety, thermal performance)
• Knowledge of embedded systems and firmware integration
• Familiar with production testing, burn-in, and field support instrumentation
