We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and developing electrical systems, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems and components for various applications.
• Conduct feasibility studies and perform calculations to ensure systems are safe and efficient.
• Create and review technical specifications, design documents, and project reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical designs with mechanical and software systems.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians, providing guidance on technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all designs and implementations.
• Conduct tests and inspections of electrical systems to ensure functionality and reliability.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 12-20 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong background in system design and development.
• Proficient in CAD software and electrical design tools such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, or similar.
• Strong understanding of electrical standards and safety regulations in India.
• Experience with project management and leading engineering teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
