Description We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and developing electrical systems, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality engineering solutions. Responsibilities Design and develop electrical systems and components for various applications. Conduct feasibility studies and perform calculations to ensure systems are safe and efficient. Create and review technical specifications, design documents, and project reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical designs with mechanical and software systems. Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians, providing guidance on technical issues. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all designs and implementations. Conduct tests and inspections of electrical systems to ensure functionality and reliability. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred. 12-20 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong background in system design and development. Proficient in CAD software and electrical design tools such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, or similar. Strong understanding of electrical standards and safety regulations in India. Experience with project management and leading engineering teams. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
