Job Description

Manage, operate, and maintain all plant/project electrical systems.
Handle installation, testing, and commissioning of HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, motors, VFDs, and switchgear.
Develop and implement preventive & predictive maintenance schedules.
Conduct root-cause analysis of electrical breakdowns and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime.
Basic understanding of PLC, SCADA, and automation systems.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards (IEC, IS, IEEE) and statutory regulations.
Identify and execute energy-saving projects.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and external service providers.

Managerial / Administrative Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a small electrical maintenance team; manage shift planning and task allocation.
Maintain maintenance logs, technical reports, and documentation.
Plan budgets, monitor expenses, and manage spare parts inventory.
Support project planning, installation, and execution activities.
