To qualify for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in editorial roles with a proven track record of managing editorial processes and leading editorial teams. - Published works in recognized publications will be advantageous. - Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail. - Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Comprehensive knowledge of the publishing industry, editorial practices, and content trends. - Proficiency in using content management systems and editorial software. - Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with various stakeholders. - Deep commitment to maintaining high-quality and ethical standards in publications.
