Job Description

Job Title: Senior Director Investor Relations

Location: Gurgaon

About the Role:

Sr. Director – Investor Relations

Responsibilities:

Act as the key liaison between the
company and investors, analysts, and potential stakeholders
.
Maintain transparency by providing regular updates on financial performance, business strategy, risks, and growth plans through
earnings calls, investor presentations, annual reports, and regulatory filings.
Manage market expectations and communicate the company’s vision to ensure fair valuation and reduce stock volatility.
Ensure compliance with all
stock market regulations and disclosure requirements.
Build and
maintain investor confidence
by establishing strong trust and credibility within the investment community.
Lead due diligence, financial modeling, legal analysis, and negotiation for potential deals.
Drive integration of acquired entities or assets to achieve operational and financial synergies.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments
to identify strategic opportunities.
Collaborate with IR to communicate corporate development initiatives and their impact to investors.

Desired Profile:

8 – 14 years of proven experience in Investor Relations in a listed company (Fintech, BFSI, Technology, or Consumer Internet preferred).
Strong understanding of capital markets, investor communication, and regulatory requirements.
Experience in corporate development, strategic partnerships, and capital allocation is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and business acumen.

Education:

MBA / CA / CFA or equivalent finance/business qualification preferred.
