We are hiring for the position of Senior Digital Transformation Executive

Location: Sahyadri Hospital Corporate Office, Kothrud, Pune

Who Can Apply?

• MBA, PGDM, Certification in Digital Transformation, Marketing or relevant qualification
• 2–5 years of experience in CRM management, sales automation, digital transformation, or related domains
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms, lead management, and digital sales funnels
• Excellent coordination, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

• Manage CRM for Sales, including Field Force Automation & chatbot integrations
• Ensure accurate lead flow, tagging, source attribution, and deduplication
• Conceptualise, co-create, and implement innovative sales automation workflows for internal sales teams and the external medical community
• Build and manage sales team–driven lead funnels for B2B & B2C categories (Referral Partners, Corporate Accounts, NH/VCs, Ambulance Networks, Remote OPDs, etc.)
• Drive digital campaigns for B2B sales verticals in collaboration with the Digital Marketing team
