Senior Devops Lead

Role & responsibilities

Be a stakeholder in application architecture, design, design review, writing code, code review, continuous

integration, continuous deployment.

Should be able to review customer issue logs, inspect both backend and front-end code, and conduct

relevant tests if required.

Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to the cloud application, involving

in-depth knowledge of the application architecture and infrastructure.

Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough root cause analyses for recurring issues, implement preventive

measures, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Automation and Scripting: Develop and utilize scripts and automation tools to streamline processes.

Customer Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, providing clear and timely updates

You will be responsible for a high-performance, Scalable, Robust, and Secure Common SaaS framework.

Security and Compliance: Ensure the security of systems and applications, adhere to compliance

requirements, and implement best practices for data protection.

Collaboration: Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Work closely with development, QA,

and operations teams to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Collaborate with

client's team to gather the requirements.

Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and promote

knowledge sharing within the organization.

Troubleshoot and fix any customer issues identified internally or in the production deployments.

Technical Skills

Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, or Docker.

Understanding of agile software development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Familiarity with cloud infrastructure technologies such as load balancers, auto-scaling, or containers.

Knowledge of automation scripting and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.

Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Must understand the company's long-term vision and align with it.

Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members, ensuring the successful completion of tasks, and promoting a positive work environment that fosters collaboration and productivity, taking responsibility of the whole team.
