Description
Responsibilities: Azure Cloud Management: Oversee and manage Azure cloud services, ensuring optimal performance and security. Automation: Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline deployment, configuration, and infrastructure management. CI/CD Pipelines: Design, implement, and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for seamless software delivery. Containerization: Leverage containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes to enhance application deployment and scalability. Scripting: Write and maintain scripts using PowerShell, Shell, and Python to automate tasks and improve system efficiency. Backup and Recovery: Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and availability. Cost Management: Monitor and optimize Azure cloud costs, ensuring efficient utilization of resources. Development Support: Work closely with development teams to provide infrastructure support and resolve deployment issues. Logging and Monitoring: Set up and manage logging and monitoring systems for proactive issue identification and resolution. High Availability: Design and implement high availability solutions to ensure system reliability and uptime. Cloud Migrations: Plan and execute cloud migration projects with minimal downtime and optimized performance. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles, with a proven track record of managing complex infrastructure projects. Extensive experience in Azure Cloud, with a deep understanding of Azure services and best practices. Proficiency in designing and managing Azure cloud services such as IaaS/PaaS. Strong automation skills using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or similar. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab CI (preferred: Azure DevOps). Expertise in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell, Shell, and Python. Strong knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions. Proven ability to monitor and optimize cloud costs. Experience supporting development teams and troubleshooting deployment issues. Proficiency in setting up and managing logging and monitoring systems such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Azure Monitor. Understanding of high availability architectures and fault-tolerant systems. Experience in cloud migration projects, including planning and execution. Preferred Qualifications: Azure or other cloud certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert). Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, etc.). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
