We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Software Engineer (PHP/Laravel) to help us build, maintain, and scale our SaaS platform. Objectives As a Senior Software Engineer (PHP/Laravel), you will: Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and performant backend systems using PHP and the Laravel framework Contribute to the design and architecture of Woliba’s core SaaS platform to deliver new features and enhancements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of backend functionalities with frontend components Optimize the platform for maximum speed, reliability, and scalability Stay updated with the latest Laravel and PHP advancements to leverage modern best practices in our development processes Deliverables Backend Development: Build and maintain RESTful APIs to support the platform’s functionality and third-party integrations Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and design patterns Develop robust backend systems for user authentication, reporting, and data management System Optimization: Implement caching, queuing, and other optimization strategies to improve performance Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues to ensure minimal downtime Collaboration and Integration: Work closely with frontend developers to deliver end-to-end solutions Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to align technical solutions with business goals Testing and Documentation: Write unit, integration, and functional tests to maintain platform reliability Create clear technical documentation for features, APIs, and workflows Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to existing systems and processes Participate in code reviews and contribute to the team’s knowledge-sharing culture Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of professional experience in backend development with PHP and Laravel Proficiency in database design and management (MySQL or PostgreSQL) Strong understanding of RESTful API development and integration Experience with version control systems like Git Familiarity with modern development tools and workflows, including Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies Knowledge of security best practices and performance optimization techniques Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Nice-to-Have Experience working on SaaS platforms or workplace wellbeing solutions Familiarity with frontend frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React) and their integration with Laravel Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and serverless architectures Experience with event-driven architecture and microservices Why Join Woliba? Role Overview We’re looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM) to own and grow relationships with our customers, ensuring they achieve measurable success using Woliba’s platform. This is a fully remote position, working with clients primarily in the United States, and requires a proactive, relationship-driven professional with a strong SaaS background. Key Responsibilities Serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients. Lead strategic onboarding plans to ensure smooth implementation and time-to-value for new accounts. Drive product adoption, engagement, and satisfaction through regular check-ins, QBRs, and success planning. Develop a deep understanding of each client’s goals, challenges, and business objectives. Collaborate with product, support, and sales teams to ensure customer feedback informs roadmap decisions. Proactively identify at-risk accounts and implement retention strategies. Partner with Sales on renewal and expansion opportunities. Monitor key account health metrics and prepare executive-level reports for clients and internal stakeholders. Requirements 4+ years in a Customer Success or Account Management role within SaaS companies. Proven track record managing US-based accounts, preferably mid-market to enterprise level. Strong understanding of SaaS onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion best practices. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate customer feedback into actionable insights. Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment. Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM systems, customer success platforms, and virtual meeting tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience in HR tech, employee engagement, or wellbeing software.
