About the role

This DevOps professional will have the opportunity to work for an AI-based Unicorn which is recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies on the Inc 5000 list They will work in the Development & Delivery of cloud native applications and AI solutions across all major cloud providers - AWS, GCP and Azure They will work in various data sciences and machine learning platforms like Hadoop, and Databricks

Your primary responsibility will be to identify improvement opportunities and build automation solutions to bring efficiencies and build resiliency in the deployment, scaling, monitoring, and maintenance of the o9 Digital Brain SaaS platform We seek an ideal candidate with strong understanding of SaaS applications, multi-cloud architecture, robust problem-solving & programming skills, and a proven history of implementing scalable automation solutions

What you will do in this role:

Develop and maintain tools that ensure smooth operations of o9s cloud-based solution;
Deploy, maintain and support o9 digital Brain SaaS environments on all major clouds
Perform threat modeling, vulnerability scans, and security code reviews
Automate security checks for infrastructure as code (IaC) and application deployments
Manage and monitor cloud security configurations (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and Security teams to ensure best practices
Monitor availability and maintain system in good health Monitor infrastructure health using ELK cluster
Build software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications
Administer databases that are part of o9 platforms using MS SQL, Mongo
Develop and debug Custom Integration service tasks
Improve reliability, quality, cost, and time-to-deploy, and time-to-upgrade
Monitor, measure and optimize system performance
Provide on-call support on rotation basis
Ability and flexibility to work with teams globally, across the time zones

What you ll have

Education: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management
Cloud (at least one) and Kubernetes administration certification
Experience: 4-8 years of experience in a DevOps Automation role , developing, deploying and maintaining applications, performance tuning, conducting application upgrades, patches, and supporting continuous integration and deployment tooling
4 + years of experience deploying and maintaining applications in any one of the clouds (AWS, AZURE, GCP)
Experience with Dockers or similar and experience with Kubernetes or similar
Experience working on the security tools and operations
4+ years in DevSecops, Cloud Security, or Application Security roles
Perform in-depth analysis of malware to understand behavior, impact, and mitigation strategies
Support compliance initiatives , including privileged access reviews and change monitoring
Perform security reviews across infrastructure, applications, and third-party services
Skills: Ability to debug issues, Troubleshoot and solve problems
Working knowledge with Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, ArgoCD, Security Tools and monitoring tools (ELK, Kibana)
Knowledge on any of the scripting language (Bash, shell, Powershell or Python etc)
Working knowledge with Linux and Windows operating system
Youll be working in the shifts: Regular (Tue - Sat) or (Mon - Fri), Hybrid - Bangalore
- Primary Skill: strong in operating system concepts, Linux, Security tools and problem solving
- Secondary Skill: Automation, and cloud
Characteristics: Passion to learn and adapt to new technology
