Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design and develop
scalable microservices
using
Java or Node.js
and
MVC frameworks
like
Spring Boot
.
Implement
GraphQL APIs
to enhance data interaction and application performance. -
Mandate
Work with
Cassandra
and other distributed databases to design robust, scalable schemas.
Build and deploy
cloud-native applications
on
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for design, deployment, and monitoring of applications.
Develop and maintain
CI/CD pipelines
using
GitHub, Jenkins, CircleCI,
or
GitLab
.
Ensure applications are containerized and orchestrated using
Docker
and
Kubernetes
.
Implement and monitor
observability tools
such as
OpenTelemetry (OTel)
or
Prometheus
.
Participate in production support and troubleshoot incidents with urgency and ownership.
Contribute to process improvement, documentation, and best practices within the engineering team.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong hands-on experience in
Java
and/or
Node.js
.
Proven experience in
Microservices
,
Spring Boot
, and
REST API
development.
Experience with
GraphQL
and
distributed databases
(Cassandra preferred).
Proficiency in
containerization (Docker)
and
orchestration (Kubernetes)
.
Experience working with
GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
.
Hands-on exposure to
CI/CD tools
GitHub, CircleCI, Jenkins, or GitLab.
Knowledge of
observability frameworks
like
OTel
or
Prometheus
.
