Overview The Senior Developer - Microsoft Dynamics CRM will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and future feature development of MUFG Pension Market Services Dynamics 365 solutions, supporting both Superannuation Funds and CRM functionalities. This role demands a deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 architecture and a proactive approach to delivering scalable, high-quality solutions that align with business objectives. Beyond hands-on development, the Senior Developer will mentor and support the Dynamics 365 development team by conducting code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring adherence to established development standards and best practices. The role involves close collaboration with Technical Leads, Solution Architects, business stakeholders, and other IT teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering and solution design to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities Strategic Focus Lead project delivery by leveraging deep technical expertise to ensure successful outcomes. Contribute to project execution through effective resource utilization and proactive resolution of blockers. Actively participate in the development, testing, implementation, and documentation of solutions. Continuously generate innovative solutions to complex problems and identify opportunities to enhance business services and processes. Commit to continuous learning and professional development to stay up to date with evolving technologies and industry best practices. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement in both technical capabilities and business domain knowledge. Operational Management Troubleshoot application issues, resolve coding bugs, and address performance bottlenecks. Assist in establishing new team standards, methodologies, and processes to enhance the quality and efficiency of development efforts. Provide valuable input into business processes to deliver commercially viable and effective solutions. People Leadership Engage with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements for the development of effective IT solutions. Provide training and ongoing support to junior developers and team members. Coach and mentor team members to strengthen specific technical and functional skill areas aligned with individual and business goals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and promote effective use of technology for problem-solving. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement in both technical expertise and business acumen. Conduct timely reviews of team deliverables across all phases of the project lifecycle (Plan, Analyse, Design, Build, and Test), offering support and guidance to enhance overall team performance. Governance Risk Ensure adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements throughout the development lifecycle. Support MUFG Group assurance programs by promoting effective risk management and compliance practices. Contribute to the development and refinement of team standards, methodologies, and processes to enhance the quality and efficiency of development work. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development. Experience Personal Attributes Experience Possess extensive hands-on experience (ideally 7-9 years) in software development on the Microsoft Dynamics platform, with strong programming skills in C# and .NET. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are required preferably including most of the following: MB-200, MB-210, MB-220, MB-230, MB-600, MB-700, and MB-901. Design and develop high-quality, quick-to-market IT solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM within an agile environment. A Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related Engineering discipline. Proficient in Azure, microservices architecture, Git or other version control systems, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps. Experienced in working with Dynamics 365 (CRM) SDK, JavaScript, AngularJS, or other JavaScript frameworks. Skilled in using Visual Studio IDE with a solid understanding of SQL, JSON, AJAX, HTML, jQuery, and XML. Hands-on experience with SSRS, SSIS, Power BI, Entity Framework, and SQL Server. Proven track record (4+ years) in implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including customization and extension using JavaScript, C#, HTML5, CSS, and jQuery. Relevant CRM certifications are a plus. Well-versed in Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, with demonstrated experience working in Agile teams.
