Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Developer with expertise in Java/Scala/Groovy/Golang, MongoDB, and SQL to join our Pune onsite team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, database design, and building scalable applications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using Java/Scala/Groovy/Golang.
  • Work with MongoDB and SQL databases to design efficient data models and queries.
  • Implement scalable, reliable, and secure solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps.
  • Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure application reliability.
  • Apply software engineering best practices, including unit testing, code reviews, and CI/CD.
Mandatory Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience in Java/Scala/Groovy/Golang (any combination).
  • Solid knowledge of MongoDB and SQL.
  • Proven experience in backend development and database management.
  • Good understanding of REST APIs, design patterns, and scalable architectures.
Good to Have
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture.
  • Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
