To be successful as a Senior Developer you should have experience with:

• Work closely with the offshore teams to develop and support IAM solutions.
• Engage in technical discussions regarding design and implementation approach for IAM Toolsets as part of its ongoing provisioning Initiatives end to end.
• Identify , report and address issues, gaps, and areas of improvement to optimize the roll out of the IAM Solution.
• In-depth experience with the listed technologies. Java, Spring Framework
