Senior Designer- Interiors

As an Architect at Vivek Shankar Architects, you will be part of an innovative design firm that values continuous learning and the creation of unique designs for various typologies. Your role will involve managing 2-3 projects from conceptualization to implementation, including tasks such as conceptualization, design development, preparation of working drawings, client communication, and coordination for interior projects. You must have the experience and capability to independently design and execute projects, along with strong presentation and 3D rendering skills. Key Responsibilities: - Manage 2-3 projects from conceptualization to implementation individually - Handle tasks such as conceptualization, design development, preparation of working drawings, layout plans, presentations, client communication, and coordination for interior projects - Demonstrate strong presentation and 3D rendering capabilities - Stay updated on global projects to enhance the quality of work in the studio - Collaborate with the Team Lead to convert design suggestions into effective concepts and design strategies - Communicate clearly with internal team members and consultants throughout project duration - Practice the core values of the practice and be flexible in exploring new design directions Software Capabilities: - Thorough working knowledge of Revit BIM enabling applications - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3DS Max, V-ray, Lumion, Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint - Experience with parametric modeling tools like Rhino and Grasshopper is an advantage Qualifications: - B. Arch. from a reputed institute, M.
