As a Solution Architect /Rulestream Architect specializing in Siemens Rulestream,with deep expertise in Engineer-to-Order (ETO) product configuration and solution architecture. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable, rule-driven automation frameworks using Rulestream, with integration into CAD and PLM systems. Strong programming skills in VB.NET, C#, or similar languages are essential. Prior experience with complex configuration environments and a background in enterprise engineering systems is required. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain complex Rulestream-based configuration models for ETO product lines. • Architect and implement rule-driven solutions that align with engineering and business objectives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, and IT to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Integrate Rulestream with CAD platforms (e.g., NX, Inventor, SolidWorks) and PLM systems. • Develop custom scripts and extensions using VB.NET, C#, or equivalent to enhance configurator functionality. • Lead solution architecture discussions and mentor junior developers in best practices for Rulestream development. • Optimize and troubleshoot existing configuration rulesets for performance, accuracy, and maintainability. • Ensure adherence to Honeywell (or client-specific) engineering standards, compliance, and digital governance protocols. • Support deployment, version control, and lifecycle management of Rulestream applications. Required Qualifications: • Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering. • 8 to15 years of total experience with at least 5 years in Rulestream development and configuration. • Demonstrated expertise in ETO (Engineer-to-Order) configuration and business process automation. • Proficiency in VB.NET, C#, or similar programming languages. • Strong understanding of CAD automation and integration with engineering rulesets. • Experience in large-scale Rulestream implementation or upgrades. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical documentation skills.
