Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Design Engineer located in Gurugram. The Senior Design Engineer will be responsible for creating and optimizing engineering designs, overseeing mechanical and electrical engineering aspects, utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) tools, and leading product design efforts. The role includes designing innovative, efficient, and cost-effective solutions, collaborating with teams across various disciplines, ensuring compliance with technical standards, and improving existing processes for the renewable energy domain.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Engineering and expertise in creating technical drawings and specifications
• Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering principles
• Skilled in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for designing complex systems and components
• Experience with Product Design and development processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a high level of technical expertise
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline
• Strong communication, teamwork, and project management abilities
• Understanding of renewable energy and solar power systems is mandatory
• Understanding of SketchUp and PVSYST
• Expert in Rooftop Solar Design, calculation and Engineering
• Detailed knowledge of Ground Mounted Solar system Design parameters
• Basic understanding to BESS
