Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer with experience in SPM manufacturing, jigs, fixtures, and preferably resistance welding machine design.

Responsibilities:

• Design & develop special purpose welding machines, jigs, and fixtures.
• Prepare 3D models, 2D drawings, Bill of Materials, and perform Design for Manufacturing (DFM) & material selection.
• Work with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Apply mechanical design principles, including dimensioning and tolerancing.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes like machining, fabrication, and surface treatments.
• Drive continuous improvement for design and cost efficiency.
• Proficiency in CAD software (Solid Edge, AutoCAD).

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant mechanical design experience.
• Prior experience in resistance welding machine design (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• BE Mechanical degree.
