Senior Design Engineer

You will be joining Rochem Separation Systems as a Sr. Design Engineer in the Design department based in Vasai. Rochem Separation Systems, a subsidiary of Concord Enviro Systems Limited, is a global leader in providing 100% water reuse solutions for treating industrial wastewater. Our focus on Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) solutions reflects our commitment to sustainable practices and the circular economy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Undertake preparation of design calculations for upcoming projects based on customer requirements and standard design data. - Ensure timely compilation of ISO related documentation. - Review P & ID, layout & foundation drawings for projects and provide accurate drawings to clients and production department. - Standardize bill of material (BOM) for projects as per requirement. - Interact with clients to clarify design or drawing queries and guide them through their scope of activities. - Supervise design engineer, check designs, and make necessary corrections. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering. **Experience:** - Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in the Wastewater Treatment Industry and a total of 5-7 years of experience. **Technical Skills:** - Proficiency in MS Office and Drawing Software like AutoCAD and CAM. - Knowledge of technical terms related to the industry. **Soft Skills:** - Effective communication, interpersonal, organization, team management, conflict management, problem-solving, time management, leadership, and negotiation skills. - Highly motivated self-starter with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
