Job Description

Proficient in
CATIA V5
with
PLM
environment (3 to 4 years of hands-on experience).
Strong experience in 3D modeling, drafting, and assembly design.
Foundry Equipment Design: Specialized in the design of
foundry-related equipment
including -Conveyors, Sand moulding systems, Wood moulding setups and associated machine components.
Special Purpose Machines (SPM):
Extensive experience in SPM design for various industrial applications.End-to-end design and development from concept to final detailing.
Hydraulic & Pneumatic Fixture Design:
Skilled in designing hydraulic and pneumatic machining fixtures.
Focus on robust, cost-effective, and maintenance-friendly solutions, BOM (Bill of Materials).
Responsible for selection of standard parts & BOM preparation.
Coordination with procurement and manufacturing teams.
Weldment Structures & Proficient in creating weldment structure drawings,
Ensuring structural integrity, manufacturability, and compliance with standards
