Senior Design Architect

As a Senior Architect/Project Architect, you should hold a B.Arch degree and possess a minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in a Real Estate Company. Your responsibilities will include overseeing Design Development, preparing and verifying working drawings and details promptly, and finalizing specifications. You will be required to conduct regular site visits during the construction phase to ensure that the quality of work aligns with the specifications and working drawings. Additionally, it will be your duty to guarantee compliance with regulations such as building codes, RERA, EC, and IGBC.
